Another trophy donated by Clarice and Wes Gordon.  It is made of wood and plastic and the Inscription reads:

NATIONAL INSULATOR ASSOCIATION

WESTERN REGIONAL SHOW AND SALE

HARVEST HALL KERN COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS

BAKERSFIELD CALIFORNIA APRIL 2-4

 

Trophy 8.

This trophy was also donated by Wes and Clarice Gordon.  It is made of marble and metal.  Note the  miniture resin insulators in a deep blue color marked BROOKFIELD.  These resin insulators were made by Bob Fast.  The display that received this trophy is pictured on page 13 of the October 1978 "Insulators: Crown Jewels of The Wire" magazine.  The inscription reads:

3rd PLACE

SPECIALITY INSULATORS

NINTH NATIONAL INSULATOR ASSOCIATION

RENO, NEVADA  JULY 21-22-23, 1978

 

Trophy 9.

Another trophy donated by Clarice and Wes Gordon.  It is made of Walnut and metal and the inscription reads:
