This large eared cable is made by Hemingray and is nicknamed the "Mickey Mouse" for its ears.  Note that many clear glass CD 257's were carnival glass coated in the 1960's and 1970's.  Although quite beautiful, these are considered "altered" insulators.  No real factory carnival CD 257 is known.
