CD 1053.1: Chile

This measures 2 3/16" X 2 1/8" (56mm X 54mm) and is a spool insulator which is unthreaded and mounts in a holder with a pin through the center.  These were typically used to dead-end a power or communication line.  Picture and information courtesy Richard Wentzel.
