CH CH BRICK Christchurch Brick Co. - founded around 1918
DULMS DULMS is Australian Export business, not Insulator maker. The business was created by 3 Australian Armed Force mates after WWII. They had been stationed in Japan post the bombing and hatched the idea then. The Sydney partners were Phil ,DULhuntly, Mitchie & PearSon or ‘DULMS’. (Thanks to Teresa Dempsey for this information)
SLATER'S ACME Slater's Acme insulators are attributed to German manufacture. John Slater was in business with Oppenhiemer & Co Merchant agents from as early as 1859s in Melbourne. The business partnership dissolved amicably at the end of 1872 when John Slater carried on the business in Melbourne. (Thanks to Teresa Dempsey for this data)
