ELEKTROPORCELANA BRZEZINKA: Poland

Birkeneau, Poland

In 1931 Mysłowic ELEKTROPORCELANA Factory was established at Birkenau. From 1931 to 1939 the Brzezinka logo was used. During German occupation in World War II the marking was changed to Birkental. It is likely the EPB logo was also used near this time (Elektro-Porzellan Birkental) as very similar styles were made with both markings. After WWII, under Soviet occupation, The plant was renamed "Porcelain Manufacturing Plant Electrotechnical A-16" and was marked with the A 16 logo.
