It's marking is forMerklin, Czech Republic. The shape is Czech/Austrian. Although found in Hungary (Austro-Hungarian area free moving..), it was manufactured in Czechoslovakia. This is nicknamed the "noser". Thanks to Zoltán Drinóczi for this information.
