This example is ink stamped MFG., MAR 1931 and was made by Jeffery Dewitt.  Jeffery Dewitt developed a process to make very large insulators in a single piece of porcelain and leveraged these to compete with the larger multipart makers and is known for their distinctive blue glaze.
