This rare example is incuse marked "MANUFACTURED BY / IMPERIAL PORCELAIN WORKS / TRENTON NJ" on both side skirts.  It was designed for and used on the original Niagara Falls power lines and the ridges were designed to direct rain water to the sides so it would not splash on the crossarm.
