"French Insulators by PFC (Parvillee Freres & Cie)"

This Fantastic and educational display shows both porcelain and glass insulators made for PFC as well as a tremendous amount of excellent research material about the company.  Some of the porcelain insulators displayed supported very early power distribution in the late 1800s.  This display received the following awards:

  • The NIA Award for Best of Show
  • The Show Hosts award voted by the attendees for People's Choice
  • The NIA Marilyn Alber's award for Best of Foriegn
  • The NIA Millholland Educational Award

"Cutter Tree Insulator"

This display shows the unusual CD 1038 Cutter tree insulator and it's porcelain cousin.

"Digging Insulators"

This creative junior display uses colorful miniature insulators and equipment.

"Hemingray Sewing Lamps"

This display shows hemingray made oil lamps and vintage sewing equipment that could have been used with them.
