Cost for the first 6-foot by 30-inch sales table is $45, with select ‘end cap’ tables $35 each when purchased with an adjacent $45 table. The full table fee is required as deposit. There is a limit of 4 sales tables per dealer unless availability still exists after April 15, 2008. Fifty-five tables are allotted as sales tables, with a minimum 40 tables held for Insulators and 'go-withs' until May 2. Open tables will be released to related and other collectables after that date, so please reserve your tables early as we anticipate a sellout. A waiting list for tables will be created for first cancellations, should the need arise. Please complete and return the Dealer Contract in this show packet with your deposit as soon as possible. Table location requests are on a first come, first serve basis. Click here for the Dealer Table Reservation Form that is to be completed and returned with deposit.
Sales table cancellations received by June 27, 2008 will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds are at the show hosts’ discretion, based upon table resale. 'No-show' dealers will not receive a refund.
The show hosts reserve the right to revise the table layout and dealer placement in an effort to accommodate more dealers or tables - and while we will try to fill all specific requests, exact table locations cannot be guaranteed. See Table Diagram for current table layout.
WHITE table covers will be supplied by the Quality Inn and are required to be on all sales tables.
Electrical outlets are available for the sales tables, but its availability is subject to distance to outlet, dealers are encouraged to bring a good quality extension cord.
All sales tables will be supplied with a minimum one, and up to two chairs.
