2008 Central Regional Show

Dealer and Exhibitor Information:

Dealer & Exhibitor Setup time is 3:00PM to 8:00PM on Friday, July 18 & from 7:00AM until 8:00AM on Saturday, July 19.

A limited amount of hotel luggage carts, as well as at least two handcarts will be available to dealers and exhibitors for set up and tear down. You may wish to bring your own to expedite your set-up or tear down, or plan to leave ample time in sharing.

Dealers and Exhibitors must provide all electrical cords, power strips, etc. that they may require for back or bottom lit display units, and all must be UL approved. Suggested length is 12 to 25 ft. to reach nearby outlets & allow 'slack'.

Hotel regulations prohibit taping, tacking or nailing items to walls or tables. Carpet-grade (black) tape, not gray duct tape should be used to secure power cords in dealer walkways, if a trip hazard is created to adjacent dealers.

Security will be provided by the show hosts during setup, and tear down. Security employed by the Quality Inn will check on the locked room during non-access hours. Please note that there will be no access to the Grand Ballroom at times indicated as room being locked. Please review the show Schedule of Events for these times and plan accordingly.

Dealers and exhibitors are to be responsible for all items at and near their table(s). and for leaving their area clean and clear of all debris and trash during the show and upon teardown.

Dealers and exhibitors will abide by the N.I.A. show rules and any special rules as outlined in this section.

The National Insulator Association, Quality Inn & Suites, Richfield, Western Reserve Insulator Club, and those organizations’ officers and members shall assume no liability in the event of injury, loss or breakage of participant property.

You should note that the show hosts have elected to designate the Grand Ballroom a NON SMOKING AREA.
